- Support in the closure of payable transactions Local and Offshore Transactions
- Review submitted payment requests by various departments for suppliers are in line with the governing policies & procedures
- Responsible for assigned vendor account reconciliations and necessaryfollow-up action
- Review staff Travel and Expense reimbursement claims under company policy
- Process invoice booking/payment processing in compliancewith the Company Cash Flow Planning.
- Preparation of the Rent schedules Calculations
- Ensure Governmental Dues are paid on time.
- Managing the additions and disposals of FA and maintaining its register
- Monitor, manage,and resolve supplier queries/complaints
- Perform accruals while ensuring supporting statements and workings are in the attachment
