Role: Field Sales Officer Mortgage
Job ID: 0049
Role/Functional Area: Sales/Business Development
Work Location: Chennai Tamil Nadu.
Education Qualification: Graduate or undergraduate
Experience Required: 6 Months to 3 Years
Salary: Rs. 16000/ to Rs. 20000/ (Plus monthly Incentives)

Requirements:
  1. Must be a graduate from any stream. BFSI experience will be given preference.
  2. Should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in any Field Sales
  3. Candidates with prior experience in BFSI will have an added advantage
  4. Open to travel. Must have a Twowheeler.
  5. Must have good communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:
Responsible for lanetolane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with the help of the supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography and inform the progress of the reporting manager during team huddle.

2. Source Relationship Management:
Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him in his geography/area.

3. Maintain Reports:
Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the prescribed format. Should maintain a diary on a daily basis in the prescribed format of activities.

4. Channel Partner Recruitment:
Responsible for identifying the need for the appointment of a channel partner

5. Team Huddle:
Responsible for attending team huddles on a daily basis as per the set process.

6. Customer Relationship Management:
Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

7. Completion of File:
Responsible for submission of complete application form documentation and information

Interview Process: Telephonic and Face to Face
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
