Reporting Structure: Head Nurse / Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients health conditions and implementing appropriate nursing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patients vital signs and documenting their progress
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
• Ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Maintaining accurate and uptodate medical records
• Participating in continuous education and training programs to enhance nursing skills

Qualifications:

• ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing degree from a recognized institution
• Valid nursing license and registration
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse
• Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
