Are you a dedicated professional with a proven track record in manufacturing operations Our client a leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee their production facility. If you have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and a strong background in manufacturing we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:
As a Factory Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production floor. You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers overseeing daily operations and maintaining quality standards to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff including machine operators assemblers and packers.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards safety regulations and production schedules.
3. Train new employees on operating procedures safety protocols and quality control measures.
4. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.
5. Implement corrective actions to address issues affecting production efficiency quality or safety.
6. Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize equipment repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
7. Maintain inventory levels of raw materials components and finished products to support production demands.
8. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
9. Communicate production goals targets and performance expectations to the team providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
10. Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement among production staff.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve production targets.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with production planning scheduling and inventory management concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
