Qualification: Any Professional Degree
TECHNO COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING COMPANY ( GOOD IF FROM FOOD PROCESSING OR FMCG BUSINESS)
Key Responsbilities:
- Control all the operations and maintain good housekeeping in the premises.
- Develop and execute plans and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organized.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the production process.
- At least 1015 years of plant management production planning and maintenance.
- Manage the factorys budget and control operating costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Planning of proper inventory in Engineering and packaging material stores.
- To understand and implement the Quality Management System as per the ISO & HACCP system as applicable in the Factory
Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Highly numerate
- Planning and organising skills
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills e.g. Plan Organise Supervise and Coordinate.
- Ability to identify the root cause of the problems and take corrective action
- Ability to audit all accounts and give comprehensive reports
- Ability to implement the Quality Management System as applied in the department
