Factory Controller

Responsibilities:
• Contributing to the definition of the strategy for the Marketing and Sales of Transformer business.
• Determining strategy for area of responsibility, aligning with wider strategy, implementing and adjusting in implementation as needed.
• Maintaining constant contact with other relevant managers and controllers regarding financial, market, customer situation and outlook.
• Translating strategy into business plans and establish measurable targets-Budget / Monthly Estimate.
• Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serve as the interface to HQ/ Global/Local Business Manager.
• Evaluating financial implications of various strategic decisions, build scenarios and recommend actions.
• Involving in business reviews, monitor progress achieved, provide insights to support operational decisions.
