Facility Maintenance Deputy Manager

Financial: Prepare work completion report for the project execution within budget and schedule of the project scope and ensure compliance with corporate standards and guidelines.

Non-Financial: To maintain good working relationships with owners' representatives and respond to their requirements in a professional & timely manner.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure project execution is within budget and schedule of the project scope and ensure compliance with
  

corporate standards and guidelines; Assist in developing Project Plans, manage project team performances and

make sure the project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and within scope; organize and manage the total work

scope of the project;

• Prepare project status reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends. Provide continuous updates
  

to the project status and communicate deviations from the project plan

• Execute a project communication plan to assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to the project
  

personnel

• Follow implementation plans to measure the outcomes and monitor the implementations effectively
• Check & calculate the steel tonnage as per the drawing and dimension provided by QC & hull department
• Monitor and analyze the shipyard's objectives and initiatives to discuss strategies with the production
  

manager or suggest changes or improvements to current operations, policies, and procedures

• Provide recommendations on new hires and ensure the availability of all resources required to perform assigned
