Job Description

Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations
Prepare and file export documentation including commercial invoices bills of lading and customs declarations
Coordinate with freight forwarders carriers and other logistics providers to arrange shipment of goods
Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriers
Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise such as delays damages or missing items
Communicate with customers suppliers and internal teams to ensure all parties are updated on shipment status
Provide guidance on export regulations and requirements to internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in International Business Economics or related field
- 3 years of export experience.
- excellent English.
- has previous experience in food manufacturing.
- Ability to use data analysis tools to interpret and report on export data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Resourceful problem solver.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
Min 3years of experience in same field. BSC of any relevant field. preferred in Food sector Ingredients. Good market management. English speaking.
