Job Description

*Oversee all marketing campaigns for our company.
*Monitor current campaigns ensure the staff meets deadlines and completes necessary tasks.
*Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers.
*Develop and implement strategic plans to grow export sales and market share.
*Manage and coordinate international sales and marketing activities.
*Ensure the company is communicating the right way to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
*Prepare regular reports on export sales and marketing performance to senior management and future targets.
*Analyze data to evaluate the success of the teams efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing.
*Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform product development and pricing strategies.
*Coordinate with internal departments such as production logistics and finance to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales and marketing.
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
