Job Description

- Develop detailed individual project plans to track progress for different types of projects
- Use appropriate tools to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance at different stages using appropriate methods and techniques
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the timely execution of projects
- Maintain an up-to-date log of launch team activities and tasks
- Update the calendar of future launches, communicating the launch process to all operational stakeholders
- Ensure resource availability and proper allocation of team resources to deliver project KPIs
- Complete and follow up on processes for FP preparation and launch, ex. procurement for new FPs (Fulfillment Points), FP renovation activities, and utilities installation for new FPs
- Track of FP contracts with landlords for rent payments, renewals and terminations
- Develop and execute a training and development plan for the team
- Maintain an agile Launch team playbook, optimizing launch process and preparing launch reports.
