Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage Inbound /Outbound calls
2. Managing a team of representatives offering customer support
3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
4. Overseeing the customer service process
5. Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team
6. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
7. Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
8. Planning the training and standardization of service
9. Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all
times.
10. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
11. Communicating with customers through various channels.
12. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
13. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
14. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

2. Should be fluent in English Tamil and Hindi/ Telugu /Malayalam
