Follow architectural trends, developments, codes and regulations.
Handing over the business to the consultant.
Make a survey of the estimated quantity to determine the amount of materials to be purchased or purchased.
Carry out the quantity surveying process to prepare the required invoices.
Making a report on the position of the subcontractors
Preparing periodic reports for the site's work.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.
Site inspection and reporting
Experience in concrete works for buildings
Experience in network and drainage works
