About the Role:
WeWork is currently seeking an Events Associate to support the events area in Brazil, at the country level. You will be supporting all aspects of the area daily business needs including, but not limited to: outreach, approval and scheduling, execution, and follow up of all aspects related to events. Understanding our event business model and building specific alternative revenue potential will be key for this position.
Responsibilities:
Nurture leads through the sales cycle resulting in events sold.
Qualifying prospective clients through incoming phone calls.
Record all opportunities accurately on Salesforce, keep Salesforce fully updated always and produce reports as requested.
Responsible for researching, identifying and scheduling new qualified event opportunities.
Anticipate clients' needs before they arise using relevant information collected about past events to enhance and personalize their experience.
Assist with the outbound sales process: outbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
Assist with everything regarding lead generation efforts.
Communicate with the community team and external vendors to ensure that all events are being executed in a timely manner.
Be a jack of all trades: you will do anything needed to support the events team in order to achieve team revenue and quality goals.
Embody the mission and values of WeWork at all times.
Provide pre-planning and onsite support for events whenever is requested or necessary. Including but not limited to weekends.

Problem solving attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data.
Analytical approach - You are able to diagnose problems, to identify root cause issues, and action them through project definition and execution.
Business acumen to deeply understand each building space and communicate effectively.
Attention to detail in working with internal systems (Salesforce CRM, Space Station, Skrapp, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
High level of professional maturity, integrity, and a solid work ethic.
Ability to maintain company confidentiality in all aspects of the position.
