Events Project Manager

• Lead the planning and execution of all anniversary celebration activities, and collaboration with an events management company, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and brand image.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, budget, vendor selection, and event logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, HR, finance, etc.) and external partners (event planners, suppliers, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of the event.
• Oversee the creative direction of the celebration, including theme development, branding, and marketing materials.
• Manage budget allocations and ensure the project stays within financial limits.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and address any issues that may arise.
• Measure event success and provide a post-event analysis report with recommendations for future celebrations.

Qualifications:

• Must have significant experience as a Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of successfully managing large-scale events, particularly company anniversaries or similar celebrations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the expectations of various stakeholders.
