Event Sponsor Sales Manager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sponsorship targets
• Identify and approach potential sponsors for events
• Negotiate sponsorship terms and agreements
• Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives
• Manage sponsor contracts and fulfillment of sponsorship benefits
• Attend industry events to network and identify potential sponsors
• Provide postevent analysis and reports to sponsors
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor sponsorships
• Ensure sponsor satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in sales preferably in sponsorship or event management
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Understanding of event sponsorship trends and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel as required
