Skills:

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in DB/ ETL testing.
Good knowledge in ETL process.
Expertise in writing complex SQL queries.
Good knowledge in any ETL tools (Informatica / DataStage / Talend etc.)
Good knowledge in GenRocket tool or other Test data management tool.
Good knowledge in MBT (Modelbased testing).
Expertise in any test/ defect management tool.
Expertise in Agile/scrum process.
Good knowledge in Unix/ Linux commands.
Ability to work in shifts and effectively in a collaborative environment.
Good verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities

Cohesively engage to understand requirements design test strategy and effectively contribute to execution and coordination.
Independent in understanding the requirement to convert them as test cases SQL creation.
Prepare test cases and SQL queries based on the requirement.
Test execution of the test cases designed.
Loading of data by running jobs manually monitoring the status of jobs validation of data using mapping documents.
Logging defects and tracking the status till closure in defect management tool.
Reporting the status to the stakeholders.
