Cleaning Technician

A Cleaning Technician at TKO Clean Team, LLC has the following responsibilities:

• Basic cleaning in and around office buildings manufacturing facilities, and apartment complexes
  
• Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot-cleaning glass and windows.
  
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
  
• Sanitize, disinfect,and wipe down surfaces and equipment
  
• Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
  
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
  
• Performs additional duties as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
  
• Must be punctual
  
• Able to work flexible hours
  
• Must be able to work independently with no boss over you
  
• Communicate needs
  

Additional:

• At the moment, part-time schedule
  
• Work locations and schedule may vary every week
  

Compensation:

• $18.00 per hour
