Base salary £22000 £25000 (depending on experience)
OTE £30000 £35000
Mileage 52p per biz mile
20 days holiday per year plus all bank holidays
Hours 9am to 5.30 Mon Fri Saturday 9am to 3pm day off in lieu when you work Saturday.

They currently have an exciting vacancy for an experienced Estate Agent they are looking for someone that is willing to do sales and lettings (sales/lettings training will be provided if required) to win business and conduct viewings.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Conducting property viewings
- Attending photography appointments/ takes ons
- Obtain necessary compliance
- Preparing marketing information
- Negotiating offers
- Issuing relevant letters and documents
- Handling enquiries booking viewings
- Business generation/ canvasing/ callouts
- Previous experience within Estate Agency
- Motivated to achieve targets
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car is essential
