Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
• You will formulate approaches to solve technical problems in the context of customer, engineering and business needs
• You will collaborate across the company including research teams to adopt the latest technologies
• You will come up with innovative solutions to address customer challenges
• Develop and grow a healthy and diverse team, coach great engineers and be a great role model of a service quality first and data-driven engineering leadership
• Anticipate, identify, assess, track and mitigate project risks and issues in a fast-paced start up like environment
• Work with the business owners to help frame broad questions into concrete, relevant data-driven solutions and metrics
• Promote a people-oriented culture that strives to create an inclusive environment where the sum is bigger than its parts through diverse thought, learning, respect and accountability
