Job Description
A large international Engine Manufacturer is seeking Turbine Engine Assemblers and Inspectors to join their busy operation in Mississauga, ON. Full Benefits, multiple shifts, Pension.
COMPENSATION
$30.00 - $32.00/hour to start based on experience.
- Full company benefits paid; health, dental, vision, etc.
- Pension plan, eligible after 1 year of service
- On-Site Company Gym
SHIFTS
Days & Afternoons; Monday - Friday; several shifts available
- 5x8s Days and 4x10s/5x8s for afternoons.
- 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 3:30pm - 12:30am
- 3:30pm - 2:30am
DETAILS
- You will be tasked with the assembly of various turbine engines.
- Bring the ability to follow blue prints, assembly instructions, interpret drawings and wiring diagrams to construct sub-assemblies, major assemblies, parts, and engines.
- Previous experience working in Engine Assembly or Repair is a strong asset.
- Complete pressure checks, fluid levels, engine tests, inspect oil flow, observe strip operations
- Inspectors will be inspecting the assembly & strip of complete compressor rotors, compressor casings, gear boxes, front-, rear-, & centre bearing assemblies, turbine rotors etc.
- Previous aviation industry experience is an asset.
