Job Summary: The Activation Team Executive plays a crucial role in our sales division by contacting newly onboarded customers and encouraging them to use our products. This position is responsible for generating revenue by converting new customers into active traders.

Job Summary: The Activation Team Executive plays a crucial role in our sales division by contacting newly onboarded customers and encouraging them to use our products. This position is responsible for generating revenue by converting new customers into active traders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact newly onboarded customers via phone calls emails or other communication channels.
- Educate customers about our trading platform services and benefits.
- Encourage customers to use our products and provide assistance as needed in understanding their usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their trading experience.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their trading experience and relay it to the appropriate departments for improvement.
- Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly targets for customer activation and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate or postgraduate
- Proven experience in sales customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial markets trading and investment products is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
