Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is required. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the SaaS industry. Strong project management skills, including the use of project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. Solid technical understanding and the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred. Knowledge of cloud computing, software development, and SaaS products.
