Job Description: Email Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Email Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email campaigns to engage our target audience and generate quality leads.
Responsibilities:
1. Email Campaign Management:
Plan create and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Develop compelling content subject lines and callstoaction to optimize email performance.
Monitor and analyze key metrics adjusting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
2. List Management and Segmentation:
Manage email subscriber lists ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for personalized targeting.
Implement strategies to grow and maintain a highquality email subscriber base.
Utilize segmentation techniques to tailor messages based on audience characteristics and behaviors.
3. Lead Generation:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
Implement tactics to capture qualify and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
Utilize various channels and tools to identify and attract potential customers.
4. A/B Testing and Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize content layout and timing.
Continuously analyze results and apply insights to improve overall campaign performance.
5. Automation:
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance lead nurturing.
Build and optimize automated workflows to deliver timely and relevant content to leads.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
Provide regular reports on email campaign performance lead generation metrics and overall marketing KPIs.
Use datadriven insights to make recommendations for improvements and future strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation preferably in a B2B industry.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent written communication skills with an understanding of persuasive messaging.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
