Electrical Mechanical Engineer-Senior technologist

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of electromechanical systems ensuring functionality reliability and costeffectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical and mechanical components materials and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Participate in project planning scheduling and budgeting activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to select and procure components and materials.
• Document and maintain accurate records of design specifications test results and project reports.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers providing technical guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and best practices.
• Support product integration and validation activities including field testing and customer support.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and technical recommendations.
• Contribute to innovation and R&D efforts to drive technological advancements in electromechanical systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in the design and development of electromechanical systems.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical principles materials and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to electromechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret and create engineering drawings schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and version control systems.
• Strong communication collaboration and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards regulations and safety protocols related to electromechanical systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Critical thinking and problemsolving abilities to address complex engineering challenges.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies.
