Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description

1. Study with clear understanding of project’s documents as drawings, specifications, along with all related tender documents and develop costing meeting project requirements.

2. Ensure safety and effectiveness of selected system or product launched for production

3. Create detailed engineering complete drawings along with Bill of Materials to planning and logistics.

4. Define and highlight any special client special requirement that needed to be considered by Support sales teams in their negotiations at different proposal stages till securing the order.

5. Follow and clear any technical inquiries that may be required or raised during execution.

6. Able to propose more cost-efficient alternatives. 8. Respond to enquiries documentations and provide answers to any subsequent clarification or compliances might be raised by either consultant or customer.

Job Requirements

• Strong technical background with up-to-date knowledge of new techniques and updates.
• Knowledge of applicable international codes related to electrical systems applications.
• Good knowledge of electrical design software tools.
• Experience working with and creating control panels wiring diagrams for multi-sources, inverters, different configurations of motors’ starters, pumps, and similar system.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Innovative and Teamworking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Motivated to work extra hours when necessary.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Power.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Medium and Low voltage panel building.
• Good knowledge of English speaking and writing reports.
• Having proficient skills with Microsoft office applications, drafting software.
