Our customer

Our customer is one of the most prestigious and wellknown hotel brands in the world. Together with your colleagues as an integral member of the customer service you will be responsible for managing and handling the various requests from our customers and questions relating to their reservations.

Part of your daily activities will be:

• Telephone sales advice regarding the selection of hotels from the group;
• Creation of suitable offers based on the wishes and needs of the traveller and subsequent direct booking
• Provide reassuring warm friendly and personalized customer service and personalized service to customers by telephone in both English and French
• Convert calls into reservations using positive sales and marketing techniques
• Knowledge and understanding of the processes and procedures to effectively and accurately inform and assist callers and provide callers offering a solution tailored to their needs
• Receipt of complaints and corresponding active treatment of the same

Professional management of booking changes as well as any other customer concerns
