Your role is to support business customers from our office in Lisbon Portugal. You will have to provide customer support. We assist travellers in finding planning and booking their flight and/or hotel and facilitate a worryfree and efficient travel experience by following standard scripts and procedures.

Required skills

  • Fluent in Dutch (level C2)
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problemsolving
  • Sense of responsibility

Your responsibilities

Customer service for business customers (B2B) before during and after the business trip:

  • Customer contact by phone and email. In exceptional cases calls may also be received in English via the Dutchspeaking customer service department
  • Greet and converse with the customers in a courteous friendly and professional way
  • Effectively turn customer inquiries into sales
  • Rebooking and cancellations of flights
  • New bookings and changes of train travel hotels ferries and group travel
  • Utilize appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals
  • Accurately answer general travel and siterelated questions
  • Providing information suggestions and options accurately and effectively meets the needs of customers and entices them to purchase
  • Active sales consulting with the goal of successful flight and/or hotel reservations
  • Process calls or Shared Service processes to achieve or exceed the established daily metric while maintaining an average talk time consistent with current business needs
  • Meet or exceed quality standards
