In the role of a Customer Service Representative you will serve as a vital pillar for our clients. Your primary objective will be to deliver toptier support catering to a diverse range of clients.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Assisting small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) in their growth endeavours using various communication avenues such as phone email and chat
• Backing and broadening the selfservice advertising options available to SMB clients within the online and digital advertising sphere
• Supplying assistance both before and after sales for all selfservice offerings;
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by offering guidance on product and tools usage
• Recognizing patterns and addressing challenges encountered by multiple SMB clients
• Conveying essential customerderived insights and feedback regarding products to the engineering team
