- Improve the efficiency of all the domestic logistics operations by (Appling the best practice / improving the logistic process cycles/ increasing automation)
- Ensuring all activities in the Domestic Logistics are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations within the company's policies and procedures and safety standards
- Manage and organize logistics responsibilities in all locations, and oversee the management and implementation of work plans required to effectively meet customer needs
- Minimize the domestic logistic cost by achieving the best utilization of the available resources (storage areas / available fleet/labor/tools and types of equipment)
- Reducing trucking fees by (implementing preventive maintenance / reducing repair time/increasing loading efficiency/increasing loading rates / increasing truck productivity)
- activate the use of the SAP System for all logistic operations, and work on a digital transformation strategy for logistics
