Are you a seasoned operations leader with a knack for driving efficiency and excellence Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Director of Operations to spearhead our clinic operations ensuring seamless processes and exceptional service delivery. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing the core operational processes that drive our mission to revolutionize hair health solutions.

About the Role:
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a leader with a strong background in operations who is adept at managing complex operational processes and leading teams towards achieving excellence in service delivery and efficiency.

Location: This is an officebased role located in Delhi NCR. As were in the early stages of our journey expect a fastpaced environment with a 6day workweek.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive compensation package with a heavy emphasis on ESOPs. Ideal compensation will be INR 2535 lakhs fixed substantial ESOPs.The ideal candidate will have a current fixed salary between 2040 lakhs per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Design: Develop and refine key operational processes for clinic operations ensuring they align with industry best practices and enhance efficiency.
  • Quality and Outcome Measurement: Define core quality parameters establish robust monitoring systems and ensure continuous improvement in operational outcomes.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics manage staff schedules ensure customer satisfaction and uphold high standards of service.
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Formulate strategic plans to enhance operational practices improve service delivery and drive the growth of the clinic chain.
  • Budget Management: Manage financial aspects including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting while optimizing resource allocation.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations implement quality control measures and maintain operational excellence.
  • Staff Management: Lead recruit train and develop clinic staff fostering a supportive work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
  • Technology Implementation: Guide the adoption of new technologies that enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
