We are currently looking for Director of Guest Experience who seek out opportunities for guest centric experiences with all hotel guests.

• Reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Second language is preferred.
• Bachelors degree is a must.
• Previous experience is a must.
• Strong leadership skill solid and diverse guest relations / guest experience background within 5 stars international brands who can bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza.
