Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic bilingual (German English) Director of Human Resources to support our European workforce. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in international HR management with fluency in both English and German.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in alignment with our valueoriented culture and investor expectations.
Facilitate effective communication across all levels internally and externally.
Foster a culture of integrity decisiveness and teamwork.

Requirements:

Professional:
10 years of HR leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
Expertise in German employment law and experience with codetermination committees.
Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and navigating transformational change.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams through strategic initiatives.
Experience working with investors and an international outlook.

Personal:
Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
Handson valuedriven approach with a knack for decisionmaking in dynamic environments.
Integrity and a sense of humor able to navigate challenges with grace.
Ability to balance assertiveness with collaborative leadership.
