L entreprise offre une gamme compl te de services allant de la conception jusqu la finition en passant par l usinage le sertissage et le montage des produits.

Elle a r cemment fait d importants investissements technologiques afin d am liorer sa production et elle est certifi e et accr dit e par plusieurs associations nationales et internationales.

Son fonctionnement s appuie sur quatre (4) grandes valeurs; le respect la rigueur la collaboration et l engagement.

Description sommaire

Sous l autorit du Pr sidentpropri taire le titulaire du poste est imputable de la gestion et de la performance globale de l entreprise. cette fin le directeur g n ral a pour mandat de planifier organiser diriger et contr ler l ensemble des activit s conform ment aux orientations et aux objectifs du plan strat gique. Il agit dans une optique de saine gestion en fonction de la mission et des valeurs de l entreprise.

En troite collaboration avec l quipe de direction le directeur g n ral assure la bonne conduite des op rations et la mise en uvre des projets de d veloppement interne et externe. Dot d un esprit visionnaire et entrepreneurial il travaille fa onner et mettre en uvre des avenues d am lioration innovantes et rigoureuses.

Plus sp cifiquement il d ploie un fort leadership afin de :

  • Assurer la cr ation et la mise en uvre d une strat gie destin e d velopper l activit ;
  • R aliser les diagnostics sur la situation globale de l entreprise et d finir le plan d action strat gique;
  • R aliser avec le comit de direction la planification strat gique organisationnelle;
  • D finir les priorit s et les moyens d optimiser les outils de production;
  • Identifier les leviers de croissance et de diversification d activit s;
  • Valider et suivre les budgets et les plans d investissement.
Sur le plan op rationnel il prend charge de :
  • D finir les actions de mise en uvre du plan d action strat gique;
  • laborer et implanter les politiques g n rales de l entreprise;
  • D finir les plans d action afin de d velopper et accro tre le potentiel de l entreprise;
  • Veiller au respect des r gles en mati re de gestion et d administration financi re et superviser la gestion des budgets les plus importants de l entreprise;
  • Assurer l ensemble des obligations li es la fonction d employeur : veiller l application et au respect des dispositions l gales r glementaires et conventionnelles r sultant du Code du travail de la convention collective et des accords d entreprises;
  • D finir les outils de mesure et de pilotage de la performance de la rentabilit et de la gestion des risques de l entreprise (KPI);
  • Entretenir la culture d entreprise et f d rer le personnel autour d un projet commun tout en menant la conduite du changement;
  • Diriger l quipe de direction et coordonner ses activit s ( ch ancier objectifs etc.).

Formation et exp rience

  • Dipl me universitaire en gestion ou en ing nierie ou une formation technique pertinente jumel e une exp rience significative dans le domaine manufacturier (fabrication);
  • Une formation universitaire de 2e cycle sera consid r e comme un atout;
  • Minimum de 10 ann es d exp rience en gestion dans un poste de leadership ayant une port e similaire.

Established over 75 years ago the company offers its customers (B2B) a wide range of finished and unfinished products often used in the manufacture of parts objects or materials for a variety of sectors. The company offers a complete range of services from design to machining crimping and assembly right through to finishing.
It has recently made major technological investments to improve production and is certified and accredited by several national and international associations.

Brief description

Under the authority of the PresidentOwner the General Manager is responsible for the management and overall performance of the company. To this end the General Managers has the mandate to plan organize direct and control all activities in accordance with the directions and objectives of the strategic plan. He acts from a perspective of sound management based on the mission and values of the company.

Working closely with the management team the General Manager ensures the smooth running of operations and the implementation of internal and external development projects. Endowed with a visionary and entrepreneurial spirit he works to shape and implement innovative and rigorous avenues for improvement.

More specifically he provides strong leadership in order to:
  • Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to develop the business.
  • Diagnose the companys overall situation and define the strategic action plan.
  • Carry out organizational strategic planning with the management committee.
  • Define priorities and ways of optimizing production tools.
  • Identify levers for growth and business diversification.
  • Validate and monitor budgets and investment plans.

In operational terms he is responsible for:
  • Define actions to implement the strategic action plan.
  • Develop and implement general company policies.
  • Define action plans to develop and increase the companys potential.
  • Ensure compliance with financial management and administration rules and oversee the management of the companys most important budgets.
  • Ensure all obligations linked to the role of employer: ensure the application and compliance with legal regulatory and conventional provisions resulting from the Labor Code the collective agreement and company agreements.
  • Define tools for measuring and steering the companys performance profitability and risk management (KPIs).
  • Maintain the corporate culture and unite staff around a common project while managing change.
  • Lead the management team and coordinate its activities (deadlines objectives etc.).

  • Ensure a complete highperformance upgrade of the organization by reviewing and overhauling administrative and manufacturing processes.
