Job Description

1- Build up his/ her customer list from his/ her community and personal contacts to approach them with the company financial solutions
2- Set appointements with the prospected customers throught a phone calls and providing them with the required financial & protection solution through a Face to Face meetings
2- Achieve Targets through set KPIs & Objectives
3-Maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as required on the company activities recording system
4-Ensure policies renewals are being met in time and that their reports are being delivered to the management
5- Hiring a team of sales agents after 5 months of his/her selling phase with full responsability on their sales KPIs
