You will help over clients reach out with their job vacancies and find the right candidates!

In other words you will build relationships and trust with our usersadvise our users in their recruitment and marketing campaignscreate ads optimize and follow up among other things

You will also have a key role in developing this business areahow to build strong relationships our service and offers andmaking our customers digital recruitment campaigns even sharper!

• Create and optimize campaigns
• Build trust strong relationships and nurture customers
• Analyze customer needs
• Monitor and utilize data analytics to measure analyze and report on campaign performance
• Demo and present our services to potential customers
• Advise and give best practices fordigital marketing campaigns
• Supporting your colleagues within your area
• Be part of developing and improving how we create ads relationships with customers service offers and much more!

• Previously worked in Facebook Business Manager and/or LinkedIn advertisement and have thorough experience with ad optimization
• Have at least years of handson experience from an agency or inhouse digital marketing
• Have a degree in Marketing or equivalent
• A background in Customer Success Service and/orsales isadvantageous
• Understand the importance of excellent copywriting and appealing visual elements
• Solutionoriented havework structure and good with timemanagement
• Analytical techsavvy and datadriven
• Creative and think outside the box
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Having good social skills and a passion for helping clients is a must
