Digital Marketing Specialist

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Research and identify target audience demographics behaviors and preferences

• Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including text images videos and infographics.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting

• Manage and maintain the organizations social media accounts (e.g. Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn YouTube etc.).
• Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions promptly.
• Engage with the online community and foster positive relationships.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement reach conversion rates and ROI.
• Use analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent consulting writing editing (photo/video/text) presentation and communication skills
• Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
• Understanding of different content formats (text images videos infographics).
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Creativity in designing visually appealing content.Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn YouTube etc.).
• Ability to respond to audience comments messages and feedback.
• Ability to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.
