Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness engagement and conversion. They will be responsible for developing implementing tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. we are not interested if you know how to run campaign we are interested if you know how to get result from a campaign.candidate should be result oriented
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC display social media advertising) to ensure maximum ROI.
Oversee the companys social media presence and develop engaging content for social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make datadriven decisions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to improve performance.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing.
Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.
Strong understanding of SEO SEM email marketing social media marketing and content marketing.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications is a plus
Passionate about business growth and can commit to the growth of the business
having experience in the growth of a services industry will be a plus
experience in legal industry will be huge plus
Minimum 2 year of experience
