- The Digital Web & Marketing Analytics Manager studies website behavior patterns using site metric tools to analyze and optimize business results and user experience
- End to End Campaign Management across Display, Email Marketing, and social media
- Working collaboratively with Product and Content Marketing team to design offers
- Should develop Customer Engagement Strategies across the account journey and for varied personas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet project deadlines & deliverables
- Min 5-7 years experience in B2B enterprise Sales organization

- Lead Generation - Email Marketing Campaigns
- Building Audience Data
- Campaign Optimization
- 100% Campaign Delivery
- Maintaining good CTR
- Reporting and Campaign Analysis
- Work closely with the Sales team and with Campaign Manager to get the Campaign Launch in time
- Marketing Promotional Offers
- RFP Creation (Request for Proposal)
- Media Planning across the channels
- AB Testing
Proven experience building, coaching, and leading a team. Advanced experience working with Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, Salesforce, Zoho, Advanced understanding of marketing program management tools, processes, and reporting. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive actionable insights and decision-making. Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams.
