Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy: Develop execute and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
2. Campaign Management: Plan execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads & Linkedin Ads) to drive traffic conversions and ROI.
3. Content Strategy: Develop and manage content marketing strategies including SEO content creation and distribution to improve organic search rankings and engage our target audience.
4. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns making datadriven decisions to enhance results.
5. Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage a team of digital marketing specialists ensuring they are aligned with the companys objectives and continuously improving their skills.
6. Budget Management: Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets ensuring costeffective allocation of resources.
7. Digital Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the companys online brand reputation ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
8. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape identifying opportunities and recommending strategies for market penetration.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience (8 years) in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads).
Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decisionmaking.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Indepth knowledge of SEO content marketing and social media platforms.
Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and marketing automation tools.
Certifications such as Google Ads or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification are a plus.
