  • Lead and manage a highperforming digital marketing team providing guidance support and fostering collaborative work environment.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives incorporating a deep understanding of company services and target audience.
  • Oversee social media channels develop engaging content and implement campaigns to enhance brand visibility drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Create compelling and effective marketing content including blog posts articles and promotional materials to support the brand messaging and attract the target audience.
  • Utilize strong sales acumen to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth customer acquisition and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges staying abreast of industry trends and providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Open new markets for consultation business through effective networking partnerships and identifying business development opportunities.
  • Implement and enhance personal branding strategies to establish a strong online presence and credibility within the industry.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a consistent and compelling brand image through effective personal branding and corporate brand strategies.
  • Drive the expansion of the consulting business by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities partnerships and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns utilizing datadriven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing integrating innovative tools and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives.
  • Implement a culture of continuous improvement within the digital marketing team fostering innovation and staying ahead of industry best practices.
  • Effectively manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field. Masters degree is a plus
  • 5 years in digital marketing specializing in B2B and consultancy.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Indepth understanding of sales principles driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in managing businessoriented social media channels.
  • Experience in creating and executing social media campaigns.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Proven experience in developing effective marketing content.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
  • Track record in opening new markets and identifying business opportunities.
  • Success in personal branding strategies.
  • Experience contributing to brand image development and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis deriving actionable insights.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to integrate innovative tools and techniques with strong client relationships management skills.
  • Ability to understand and align with client business objectives.
  • Proactively seek innovative approaches and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Experience in effective budget management for digital marketing campaigns.

  • English proficiency is a must.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. English fluency is a must.
