We are seeking an HR Manager to lead our dynamic team fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion. This role involves developing HR strategies overseeing recruitment and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Ideal candidates should have proven HR management experience excellent communication skills and a passion for driving organizational growth. Join us in shaping the future of finance in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven 3 years working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • Having experiences in financial services industry will be preferred.
  • Peopleoriented and resultsdriven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
