Job Description
In this role you will join our software development team encompassing talented Backend Web Mobile Software Engineers. The team is exposed to domain knowledge related to capital markets trading and eCommerce.
We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer with a strong desire to use modern technologies to improve the way solutions are deployed and delivered. The mission of the DevOps Engineer is to act as a major contributor for our product teams to deliver cool software services faster.
Key Responsibilities:
Our team run mission critical systems running around the clock.
In this role you are expected to:
- Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure
- Build and maintain CI/CD services sustaining the delivery pipeline
- Design and implement operations processes including disaster recovery high availability monitoring
- Diagnose and resolve systemlevel issues including root cause analysis
- Perform stress tests performance tests and security tests with QA team
- Participate actively in the Scrum process
- Occasional offhours duties required
Requirements
- Coding experience around infrastructure with infraascode tools preferably using pulumi / Typescript
- Proficiency with public cloud deployments preferably AWS EC2/ECS
- Strong Linux bash scripting ability
- Familiar with docker containers
- A strong operations background with some development experience
