We are hiring for our client who are India's foremost 'Premium Managed Office Space' provider, where they co-create world-class workspaces & experiences for enterprises.
Position: Design Head
Experience: 15+ years
Location: - Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Department: - Designing
Job Details:
- Developing the Long Term & Interim Strategy for India Workplace along with Planning Team.
- Coordination with Business Units & Functional Teams for approvals & alignment with their needs & requirements.
- Ensuring a balance between all the requests that come in for consideration in planning & design & the reasonable output that can be provided.
- Developing Feasibility reports for any space being considered for portfolio expansion. This includes development of Testfits as well in accordance with standards & design ethics.
- Evolution of Workplace Standards & new Work Settings in keeping with our Global Offices. Major focus is on Inclusive Design.
- Design Standardization of Modular Furniture & Lockers through technical & design evaluation.
- Design development of new projects as Living Lab Projects to explore certain aspects of Design that are being proposed to be built into the Long Term Projects.
- Upgradation of existing offices in accordance with Global Standards that have been newly developed.
- Approval on all drawings, mock-ups & materials for all projects to ensure that design vision is maintained.
- Budgeting workshops to achieve great design in allocated budget.
