Deputy Manager opportunity based in Cork
We here at Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting for a Deputy Manager for our very successful and popular client based in Cork.

They are seeking an Assistant Manager with a dynamic leadership approach to help support the Store Manager drive the stores success and provide a positive and strong working environment

The Role
- Motivate and mentor your team to achieve their best success
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
- Train new starters and also evaluate current staffs performance and implement and training that may be needed for upskilling
- Support the store manager in reaching over all KPIs of the store
- Ensure the store layout and product placement align with the companies branding and standards
- Help manage inventory level to meet customer demand
- Support the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns within the store
The ideal candidate
- Proven management experience within a fast paced retail environment (fashion based store not essential)
- Ability to guide and motivate a team
- Be a quick thinker and a skilled problem solver
- Have an understanding of customer needs excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a welcoming working environment
- Effective communication and people management skills
