Job Description
- Accountable for orders Fulfillment.
- Responsible for Assigning the delivery agents on the orders run sheet.
- Responsible for Handling the delivery agents through the delivery process.
- Monitoring the delivery agents performance.
- Checking on ground the performance in the delivery areas.
- Responsible for daily reporting to his supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year of experience as last mile/ operations/ delivery team leader.
- Communication skills.
- Very good in MS office.
- Leadership skills.
