Delivery Operations Supervisor

Job Description

• Design and own end-to-end the Last-mile unit costs strategy to meet both commercial requirements
• Managing everything related to Nana’s last-mile delivery cycle, including in-house and partner teams
• Maintain all HR-related aspects of the Last-mile fleet team including hiring new drivers nationwide
• Directly responsible for designing and owning Last-mile fleet team compensation and benefits package
• Responsible for last-mile delivery team SLA success ratio
• Manage and improve fleet management practices, team and cost of operation
• Managing cash flow cycle between last-mile delivery teams, pharmacies and partners
• In charge of on-ground drop visits and mystery shopping programs to ensure the quality of service

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years experience of logistics operations and last mile delivery
• Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Process oriented, well-organized with a high level of attention to detail .
• Data oriented with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Excellent team management skills specifically with last mile delivery teams.
• Dynamic and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of the last mile and logistics market in the Egyptian market.
