We are currently collaborating with an important multinational company that provides financial services in the automotive sector which seeks to incorporate to its staff a person for the following position:Database Expert.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Expert who specializes in PowerBI and SQL to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting data creating PowerBI queries generating reconciliation reports and developing SQL stored procedures to support our business intelligence and data analysis needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Extraction: Utilize advanced SQL querying techniques to extract data from various sources including databases data warehouses and other data repositories.
2. PowerBI Development: Design and develop PowerBI queries and data models to visualize and analyze large datasets providing insights and actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
3. Reconciliation Reports: Generate reconciliation reports to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across different systems and platforms identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
4. SQL Stored Procedures: Develop and optimize SQL stored procedures to automate data processing tasks improve performance and enhance data integrity and security.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends patterns and outliers providing valuable insights to inform decisionmaking processes.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts data engineers and IT professionals to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and to work hard in an everchanging environment where the roadmap will constantly change. Be part of a small but high functioning team.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience as a Database Expert or similar role with expertise in PowerBI and SQL development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL querying including complex joins subqueries and optimization techniques.
• Extensive experience in PowerBI development including creating queries data models and interactive reports and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of database design principles data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in developing and maintaining SQL stored procedures functions and triggers.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. All communication is done in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in PowerBI or SQL.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
