- Algorithm Development and Enhancement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement recommendation algorithms to drive content consumption for publishing partners.
- Optimize existing recommendation algorithms by analyzing performance metrics and user feedback, incorporating advanced machine learning techniques including generative AI techniques.
- Data Analysis and Modeling:
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and content performance to improve the relevance and quality of our recommendation systems.
- Build predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to optimize content recommendations for various user segments.
- Experimentation and A/B Testing:
- Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the performance of recommendation algorithms and propose iterative improvements based on the results.
- Utilize experimentation results to iterate and fine-tune models, ensuring continuous improvement and impact on key business metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data science initiatives.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively, enabling informed decision-making.
