Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead endtoend data science projects from problem formulation to model deployment and performance monitoring.
Apply advanced machine learning techniques to analyze structured and unstructured data including but not limited to predictive modeling clustering classification and recommendation systems.
Develop and implement NLP algorithms and techniques to extract valuable insights from text data including sentiment analysis topic modeling and entity recognition.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements define project objectives and deliver actionable insights and solutions.
Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance leveraging statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data science machine learning and NLP and identify opportunities to apply them to solve business problems effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
57 years of professional experience in data science with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a business setting.
Strong proficiency in machine learning techniques and algorithms including supervised and unsupervised learning deep learning and reinforcement learning.
Extensive experience in natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks such as NLTK spaCy or TensorFlow.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g. Pandas NumPy SciPy).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Matplotlib Seaborn Tableau) and proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex findings and concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with largescale datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform and experience with deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments.
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and familiarity with software development best practices.
