They develop management products that help lots of companies worldwide improve their efficiency and streamline their work. They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in Colombia Mexico Brazil or Ecuador.

Our Proposal:

Join us as a Data Enrichment Specialist aiding our marketing revenue team and sales development representatives. Your role involves supplying accurate and updated customer profile data ensuring we understand our customers needs to deliver tailored content through various sales channels.

Utilize your expertise in data analysis and research leveraging tools like our CRM and external resources to provide highquality datasets. Your efforts contribute to more precise marketing strategies enhanced customer experiences and optimized customer nurturing ultimately driving salessuccess at the top of the funnel andboosting revenue for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Data Enrichment: use your verification and research skills to augment customer data daily. Employ thirdparty research tools to procure client contact information industry details company size market segment and other personalized content requirements. Your success will be assessed by a weekly contact enrichment target.
• Data Cleansing:conduct a daily review and correction of client contact data manually using Excel. Ensure records are clean and accurate before integrating them into our Salesforce CRM. This includes refining customer location details (country state city and street addresses) and customer contact data (such as name title phone number and email address).
• Support customercentric data enrichment objectives.

Musthave Requirements:

• A good English level.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience are required.
• Experience compiling data from multiple resources to improve the accuracy of a database.
  
• Strong organizational skills supporting client details and accuracy for our CRM.
• Experience with data validation software for cleaning and compiling large data sets such as LinkedIn Zoom Info and Neverbounce.
• Inquisitive research aptitude as this role will require a strong level of investigative work.
